´╗┐Welcome! All transitioning Bank of America Pacific Northwest branches have recently became part of Washington Federal. We're excited about serving you and are committed to making this a smooth and seamless process.

You can now access your accounts through Washington Federal's online banking using the green box just to the left of this page. Need assistence? Please email us at onlinebanking@wafd.com.

 

Watch your mail. You should have received a welcome guide in the mail that provides all the information you need for the transition of your account(s) and services. If you did not receive a copy of the guide, please contact our Client Care Center at 800-324-9375 or email us at ask@wafd.com. Later in November, we will send you a new debit card and a pack of complimentary checks with your Washington Federal account number.

Please see review the information below:


Debit Cards:  If you had a Bank of America ATM or debit card and have not already received your Washington Federal card, you can expect to receive it in the mail by December 16. Please follow tthe instructions in your guide and on the card for activation. Please contact your local branch or our Client Care Center at 800-324-9375 or email us at ask@wafd.com if you do not receive your new card.

Automatic Payments and Deposits:  Included within all welcome guide were simple forms you can use to help you update your automatic deposits and payments. Please request that your vendors start using your Washington Federal account number and routing number 325070980 by February 7, 2014. Bank of America will return/refuse all electronic items and checks listing your former Bank of America account information after that date. Click here for extra copies of the switch kit forms.

Checks:  To help get you started using your new account number, you should have received a pack of complimentary "house style" checks with your Washington Federal account number and a coupon for one complimentary order of your preferred check style. If you have not already received your pack, you can expect it to arrive no later than December 27. To get your first order of checks for free, please contact your local branch or our Client Care Center at 800-324-9375 or Harland Clarke at 800-355-8123 and give them the code "VIP." Please contact us at 800-324-9375 or ask@wafd.com if you do not receive your new checks.

No Minimum Balance Fees Until March 1:  To make the transition a little easier and give you time to find exactly the right fit for your banking needs, we are waiving the minimum balance service fees on all checking and savings accounts until March 1, 2014.

Online Banking: You can now access your accounts through Washington Federal's online banking using the green box just to the left of this page. Please review the online banking section in your welcome guide for further information. Need assistence? Our Client Care Center's available at 800-324-9375 or via email at onlinebanking@wafd.com.

Telephone Banking: Account information is just a phone call away. Our complimentary telephone banking allows you to acess your account balance and history and transfer money between accounts. You can register for Washington Federal's telephone banking by calling
877-431-1876. (Outside the U.S. call 801-375-3373.) Registration is easy! You'll just need your new Washington Federal account number to access your account(s).
