Washington Federal’s ePayment service allows homeowner’s to pay their dues by credit card or eCheck, online, via phone & by text. In addition to making their payment homeowners can also setup automatic recurring eCheck payments as well as e-mail and/or text reminders to let them know their payment is due. Our turnkey solution allows any management company or association to offer these additional payment channels in a ready-to-use, simple and secure environment. Our ePayment system can be set up at no cost to your management company or association when homeowners pay a small transaction fee.
Here's how it works:
Your clients click on the PAY DUES link located on our website.
· They search for their association.
· They set up an online account tied to their association including their preferred payment method (credit card or echeck) and their property account number.
· They make their payment.
**If your management company or association is also utilizing our lockbox services, ePayment information can be integrated into our lockbox system and payment information included within your daily lockbox file. This helps simplify the reporting process and eliminate the need to upload multiple files to your accounting system.
