Job Description

We are looking for friendly, energetic people who have the qualifications and skills that match today’s opportunity. The Senior CSR is responsible for providing high quality service to branch clients; assists clients by recognizing opportunities and making recommendations of various account products and services offered by Washington Federal. The position is responsible for opening new accounts (consumer and business), providing IRA expertise and Teller support. The position of the Senior CSR is required to be fully knowledgeable and skilled in the areas of teller, branch operations, account opening, and basic loan assistance. Washington Federal is proud of the high value that we place on simply being nice when serving our co-workers and Washington Federal clients.

Job Schedule

Job schedule varies based on branch hours of operation. 


High school diploma or approved equivalent. Math aptitude, typing skills (45-50 wpm), 10-key, filing; organized, and excellent communications skills. Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet usage are necessary. Teller experience required and prior bank experience preferred. Outstanding customer service skills, in accordance with Washington Federal’s quality standards, are required.
