Get a MoneySync Access Code

If you're using MoneySync for the first time on your mobile or tablet device, please follow the instructions below to get an MoneySync access code.

  1. Sign into your online banking profile on a desktop or laptop device.
  2. Click on the MoneySync button at the top of the page.
  3. Click "Settings".
  4. Click "Mobile Devices".
  5. Click "Generate Access Code".
  6. Enter the Access Code into your MoneySync app.

Person2Person Transfers:


Send money to friends and family, or transfer funds from Washington Federal accounts to your other accounts with P2P. Access through online banking, mobile web, and the app.

Transferring funds from your Washington Federal account to an external account:

  1. From the Funds Transfers menu, Add an External Account.
  2. Then schedule the transfer. Allow 3 days to process.

Pay a Friend using their email address:

  1. From the Funds Transfer menu, click Pay a Friend.
  2. Click Send Money.
  3. Input their information and click Next.
  4. Click Pay This Contact Now to proceed.
  5. Verify payment information and Agree to Terms to submit payment.
  6. The receiving party will receive a notification email and will need to verify their information.

If you received funds from a Washington Federal client, please click on the link within your notification email or click here to verify your information and receive your funds.


Online Banking puts your account at your fingertips.

Our Online Banking is free to all clients and allows you to:

  • Consumers can register for online banking on our website.
  • Check the status and activity of your Washington Federal accounts, including determining which checks have cleared.
  • Transfer money between your Washington Federal accounts.
  • Make loan payments and get advances from your Washington Federal line of credit.
  • Manage your Washington Federal accounts, place stop payments, view check images and more.
  • Business clients should contact their banker to register for online banking.

 Account information is just a phone call away.  Washington Federal's Telephone Banking allows you to:

  • Access deposit, withdrawal, balance and check clearing information for your Washington Federal accounts 24 hours a day.
  • Transfer money between your Washington Federal checking and savings accounts.
  • Access Washington Federal loan information and make payments.
  • Receive Washington Federal line of credit advances.

Mobile Photo Deposit:


Skip the bank and make check deposits using your smart phone and our mobile app.

  1. Select Mobile Deposit.
  2. Choose an account.
  3. Enter the check amount.
  4. Snap your photos.
  5. Submit your deposit.

The first $200 of deposited funds will be available immediately. Additional funds may be subject to holds. Be sure to keep your check for 14 days.
