Job Description

The position of Deposit Operations/Checking Assistant is responsible for providing operational support to Divisional Branches, performing deposit operations/checking functions, consistently performing tasks, answer questions, fulfill requests and resolve problems from internal and external clients, and act as "Help Desk" for incoming inquiries from branch locations and clients specifically relating to Online Banking.   Washington Federal is proud of the high value that we all place on simply being nice when serving our co-workers and Washington Federal clients.

Job Schedule

Full-time schedule; 40 hours per workweek.

Requirements

High school diploma or approved equivalent;  excellent organizational and communication skills;  computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet usage;  working knowledge of deposit accounts, security procedures, and experience with an on-line computer system; and previous experience in a call center or telephone banking environment.
